For our sales department in Belgium, we are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the post of Sales Representative on the End-User Sales team, working from Belgium. This team sells centrifugal pumps, spare parts, upgrades and service for the Oil, Gas and Chemical industries and Water and Energy Market. The clients are based in Belgium and Luxemburg. In this position you will report to the Regional Parts Manager, Western Europe.
Bachelor’s degree with focus on mechanical engineering and/or sales;
Relevant commercial experience and technical affinity;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English;
Knowledge of rotating equipment is a plus.

First point of contact for customers in Belgium and Luxemburg with regard to parts
sales in cooperation with the Sales Engineers;
Customer relation management together with the Sales Engineers by frequent phone
and personal contact directly with our customers;
Receive requests for quotation and review with customers for scope refining and clean
data and translate into a clear request for parts quotations including all local
Presenting quotes to customers and follow-up on open quotes while maintaining
status overview in Cobra and defining next action to secure the order for Flowserve;
Finding new sales opportunities based on good customer relation, market
developments and interaction with the Sales Engineers;
Receive and process customer orders with a clean order entry form;
Act as an intermediary between customer and various Flowserve departments,
including internal expediting;
Making status reports and forecasting input;
Internal and external communication.
