Position Description:

· Customer claim technical and commercial management;

· Mechanical pump failure trouble shooting, route cause analysis and report;

· Customer relations management and site claim management: travelling to visit sites for claim discussion and local engineering support (expected WW travel time from 10% to 20%);

· Drive activities in order to identify the root causes of warranty problems and lead to the resolution of them in collaboration with QA/QC, Engineering and Production;

· Commercial and technical support prompt resolution of field problems associated to the product business of the Company;

· Control and forecast expenditure and ensure that the Company is not financially exposed

· Interaction with the Company organization to improve the products / processes from the claim experienced.

Position Requirements:

· Engineering degree or equivalent experience

· Experience in Manufacturing and Engineered environment (2/3 years at least)

· Experience in Project Management

· Fluent in English language

· Available to travel worldwide
