Position Description

• Carry on Service & Maintenance works on Flowserve Pumps & Systems at Customer Site (worldwide)

• Mechanical pump failure trouble shooting, route cause analysis and report;

• Troubleshoot Customer Claims

• Provide accurate and timely activity, technical support to customer and reports to Flowserve service and warranty supervisor

• Provide technical reports & feedback of the work done to business units (Eng, QA/QC, Manufacturing) for continuous improvement of Flowserve products

• Drive activities in order to identify the root causes of warranty problems and lead to the resolution of them in collaboration with QA/QC, Engineering and Production

• Travelling 50% of the time worldwide

• Control expenditure and ensure that the Company is not financially exposed

Position Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in manufacturing, field installation and operation of Engineered rotating machinery

• Good understanding of QA and QC matters

• Fluent in English language

• Available to travel worldwide

• Must have motivational skills and a strong sense of urgency to meet Customer commitments in a timely and "above expectations" manner. This position requires an energetic, self-starter who can manage travel, work in remote locations and customer requirements seamlessly.
