We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to join our growing team and help build a newly created function, while focusing on recruiting executive-level talent into Flowserve’s US businesses. In this highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to interact with Flowserve senior leadership and conduct assignments to recruit top executive talent across the organization.

This position will be based out of Irving, TX and will report directly into the Global Talent Acquisition Director. Job Summary: As an executive recruiter, you will interface with business and technical thought leaders and deliver qualified talent to fill critical business vacancies. You will use the Flowserve Talent Cycle model for assessing talent to ensure a truly value added recruiting experience. Develop position specific hiring plans and sourcing strategies for executive level and hard to fill key positions ensuring there is an understanding of the attitude, personality, ability and skill set needed for a position. Prescreen candidates for hiring managers, assist with second interviews, conduct candidate debriefs discussions, and offer choice recommendations. The ideal candidate will proactively build the candidate talent pool by seeking out and building relationships with top talent for current and future job openings. (Including direct calls, networking, posting and engaging on social media, sourcing candidates from various geographical areas, companies, alternate industries, professional groups, etc.) to ensure Flowserve business has the right talent at the right time in the right place.

Responsibilities:

· Attract a diverse group of high-quality passive candidates while delivering an exceptional recruiting process.

· Work with clients and key stakeholders to define a recruiting strategy based on the specific opportunity, clearly communicate the process, and set and manages client expectations.

· Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research. Effectively build talent communities and drive brand awareness through various Social Media channels.

· Use capability models and technology for digital recruiting

· Manage relations across businesses and Talent Recruitment teams, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner

· Drive operational excellence and compliance, set high recruitment standards.

· Ensuring job postings attract candidates reflective of our culture who have a positive attitude and strong learning agility ensuring a superior candidate experience that is reflective of Flowserve’s brand and values.

· Effectively utilize personality assessments, behavioral based interviews, and work-related tests to ensure an effective and accurate targeting of candidate.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4 years of equivalent work experience.

· Minimum 8 years of overall recruiting experience, ideally both in-house and at a top-tier search firm with a minimum 3 years recruiting executive-level leadership.

· Flexible with change, have a roll up your sleeves mentality, and adapt easily as you help build this newly created capability within Flowserve

· You have a passion for hunting for the right person for the right job with a strong knowledge of general recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, recruiting techniques

· Strong knowledge of various federal and state laws pertaining to recruitment and hiring practices.

· You are polished and organized with the correct process management skills, you must be able to manage the candidate selection process to a tee and ensure we have done every step right.

· You have excellent presentation skills and have provided training to managers on proper behavioral interviewing skills, including how to build the questions and how to assess the response.

· Experience recruiting for a variety of corporate positions.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality a must.

· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
