Position Requirements:

Formal Education & Certification

College diploma or university degree (BBA/BBS) and 5-8 years’ equivalent work experience with emphasis in MIS or CS related to customer facing solutions.

Skills

• Experience with leveraging packaged software applications in the area of customer facing tools such as Oracle ATG, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Sales Cloud and Drupal-based web properties

• Project management for waterfall and/or agile SDLC’s

• Managing project budgets and accurate estimations

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues quickly to avoid impact to programs or roadmap disruptions.

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Projects, Visio)

Position Description:

Reports To : IT Director, Customer Facing Applications

The IT Manger of Solution Delivery position is part of our Information Technology team. This position will oversee the various initiatives in the customer facing application space, including Flowserve.com, Digital Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, CPQ, aftermarket and post-sale solutions. The position reports into the IT Director of Customer Facing Solutions. As a manager of solution delivery he/she will be responsible for partnering with the IT Business Unit Directors and business stakeholders in establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional and strategic initiatives

Accountabilities

The IT Solution Delivery Manager is accountable for demand management, solution delivery and related project staffing, including:

· Working with the IT Business Unit Directors and Business Leadership to understand business strategy and direction and to propose solutions that address business needs and challenges

· Assisting the IT Director, Customer Facing Applications with overall strategy, consolidating and integrating the different customer facing solutions to create a streamlined experience

· Managing project demand from intake, discovery, planning, scheduling, staffing and development through to production deployment

· Working with the IT Operations Manager for Customer Facing Solutions to successfully transition solutions for ongoing support by the operations team

· Managing a mixed team of employees, onshore and offshore contractors located throughout the US and internationally
