Position Description

The position is responsible for identifying and implementing procurement strategies to reduce indirect spend and improve supply

chain contracting processes across a wide range of professional services including management and financial consulting, HR, IT and Legal services. Position will also be responsible for providing procurement support covering key IT hardware/software and telecommunications requirements.

Principal

Accountabilities:

Lead efforts to implement best practices in all phases of contracting processes for professional services and other areas of responsibility.

Responsible for working with all levels of the organization to transform raw business requirements for professional services into actionable scope of works/specifications, conduct supplier search and RFI, development sourcing strategies and RFP, lead negotiations, develop and present supplier selection and contract award recommendations and to development of well- constructed contract documents.

Work closely with Global IT organization to develop and implement sourcing strategies covering IT hardware/software related services and telecommunications requirements.

Work closely with Global HR organization to develop and implement sourcing strategies covering HR programs and services.

Provide procurement support to Legal function to cover outsourced legal services.

Work closely with the Corporate Supply Chain Director to uncover and drive new initiatives within the indirect spend scope, in support of the business units.

Develop, implement and manage preferred supplier indirect commodity agreements and programs. Implement processes to measure and improve supplier performance and manage internal spend compliance. Act as liaison between the suppliers and the

sites regarding key issues.

Trackand report cost savings and other KPI’sassociated with indirect spend responsibilities.

Position Requirements

Education

and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years related Procurement work experience. MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain advantageous.

Broad procurement experience in strategic sourcing and management of professional services and IT related contracts...

Proven track record of successfully leading cross- functional teams across multiple countries/operations in developing and

implementing cost reduction strategies and process improvement programs.
