Position Description

The candidate is the spider in the web of arranging and managing the operational administration.

Administration:

  • creation of new material codes

  • updating work orders related to outsourcing - change of make items to buy items

  • update routings to run annual cost roll process

  • creation of purchasing requisitions

  • purchase order status update

  • tooling cost control update

  • cooperation with certain indirect suppliers

  • Shop floor IT support

  • IT Data backup and immediate problem solving

  • evidence of company IT Hardware, mobile phones + tariffs for the whole facility

Support shipping clerk activities (shipping paperwork, Eco-com, Intrastat, picked lines Prom/Req Dates adjustment, cooperations - communication, preparations, transport cost optimizations)

Planning Dpt - backup and support in DJs processing (tooling lists, folders completion, releasing OSP, mat.req. release (ASCP), SOs maintenance, reporting, warehouse management)

Purchasing Dpt - support in support in POs maintenance - Components (IRs), reporting, Intrastat, shipments inquiry and arrangements

General agenda - preparation and/or arrangement of food refreshments, transportation-taxis, accommodation, cost control on cell phones and Xerox printers

Material receipts

Evidence of measuring eqpt. And preparation for calibrations (evidence, collecting, distributing)

Support in QMS documentation creation/maintenance/update (procedures, work instructions), handling of customer complaints as requested by customers

Waste management (regular tagging, labelling, weekly inspections)

Arranging periodic medical examinations and legal trainings for employees /mainly for the workshop - cranes, forklifts and other equipment

Ordering of working clothes (including shoes) for employees

Ordering and maintenance of stock supplies

Position Requirements

Education: high school required. A technical direction is advantageous

Experience: background in engineering

companies is advantageous

Character: methodical

approach. Actively communicating with all levels in the company. Self starter, independent, extrovert, showing initiative, manage all topics from his/her accountability area by phone

Languages: Next to Czech, active knowledge of English is needed

IT: skilled

user of MS Windows and MS Office (focus on MS Excel). Favourable if

skilled with working with databases and using other office software
