Position Description

Lead operational and financial performance at a Service Center/QRC including full profit & loss and balance sheet responsibility for the operation. Develops the regional growth strategy and executes the resulting business plans.

Prepares and communicates the Annual OperatingPlan at the beginning of the year including, Operating Plan, Balance Sheet,Intercompany activity and capital budgets. Drives organization to achieve AOPand quarterly financial performance.

Leads the operational execution of the planthrough day-to-day management of the QRC. Develops a culture that focuses onthe SERVE campaign.

Manages customer relationships and complexissues, while ensuring OTD and quality

Prepares and submits quarterly forecasts andother recurring reports. Provides monthly forecast and weekly flash updates.

Partners with Sales to grow the business while sustaining quality and relatedcost structure

Promotes continuous improvement in safety,quality, on-time delivery and work processes

Ensures employees have the skills to meetcurrent business needs and maintains succession plans for future needs of thesite

Independently addresses employee and other humanresource issues, including regional HR as appropriate

Complies with Flowserve policies and procedures,as well as all applicable laws and regulations

Position Requirements

Engineer with more than 10 years of experience

Management experience

Finance Knowledge

Advance level of English
