Position Description:

As senior in the Continuous Improvement (CI) team, you drive efficiency and effectiveness in processes in our Business Service Center. You support, train and develop end-users (your colleagues) to a higher level of process and technical knowledge. You are a key member of various operational improvement teams and develop and drive your own focused improvement areas. You achieve this process excellence through lean tools, system knowledge and technological solutions.

In addition, you:

  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional project teams through all aspects of the CI process (CIP);

  • Focus on utilizing the tools in the CIP to improve quality and cycle time, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction;

  • Guide teams and customers in managing change related to the implementation and use of the LEAN methodology;

  • Mange projects and ensure their compliance;

  • Partner with divisional and corporate functions to develop savings metrics and report progress;

  • Ensure the sharing of success stories through out our shared service environment;

  • Support the development of project backlog reports;

  • Support the creation of CIP training plans by training and mentoring Green Belt's within the organization as appropriate needs of thebusiness;

  • Ensure the appropriate methodology design and deployment of Lean events;

  • Apply program management techniques to ensure the on-time,high-quality delivery of products and services.

Position Requirements:

You are our ideal colleague if you...

  • Hold a degree in accounting or finance. A graduate degree isa plus;

  • Are a certified Green Belt or Black Belt (plus);

  • Have approximately three to five plus years of relevantexperience, preferably in a shared or business services environment;

  • Feel comfortable with mathematical statistics;

  • Have proven business knowledge;

  • Are experienced in using ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP)(preferred);

  • Have solid record of performance and trusted professionalcredibility;

  • Are fluent in English (both oral as written). Any otherlanguage is an advantage.

  • Have proven (team) leadership and project management skills(PMP-certification is beneficial);

  • Have outstanding training and presentation skills withprofessional capabilities and practices, both verbal and written;
