BE Mechanical Engineering with 7-10 years of sales experience in gas seals, compressor and retrofits in the Indian market. Should possess strong fundamental and technical/product knowledge. Should be familiar in dealing with end user customers, prominent consultants, EPC Contractors etc. Sound knowledge about the current market trends, upcoming projects and potential customers are essential.
Should be presentable, persuasive, strong in communication and willing to travel extensively. Should be able to work in a highly performance driven, target oriented environment and possess hands-on people management skills.
Overview of the job responsibility will include, but not limited to -
Actively get involved in sales promotion initiatives.Meet customers, contractors, consultants to identify, generate and capitalize on potential sales opportunities.
Meet annually established business plan in the assigned market geography.
Focus on expanding network to cater to unexplored markets.
Support achievement of the Company’s financial goals.
To constantly update management on market trends and requirements
Seek customer feedbacks and ensure customer satisfaction on priority.
This position will have sales responsibility to gas seals, compressor, retrofits in India and report to the Sales Manager.
Incumbent with similar experience from the Seals industry will be preferred.
