The Vendor Master Data (MDM) Administrator receives, analyzes and processes supplier master data to assure accurate and timely payments to suppliers. The vendor MDM role provides financial, administrative and clerical support by assuring supplier information is correctly and timely updated to legacy site ERP systems in compliance with FLS policy.
You will become part of our Business Service Center (BSC) in Debrecen an office with approximately 200 colleagues.
In addition, you:
Manage the effective workflow of data from various sources and gathering information in the correct format to assure compliance with FLS policy as relates to supplier information.
Assure master data integrity in impacted systems as well as maintaining processes to support quality of data.
Perform specialized and ad-hoc tasks like such as daily vendor bank accounts verification calls, answering inquiries and providing information, entering vendors’ information into systems.
Assists in data management, governance and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to assure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems while meeting stated business, Flowserve and legal rules and requirements.
Works closely with business and IT to assure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.
Assist in AP related month end closing tasks in support of a timely and accurate AP financial record in FLS general ledger.

You are our ideal colleague if you…
Have (approximately) three years of relevant experience;
Have completed a Finance/ IT related Secondary Studies or bachelor’s degree;
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and any additional languages for the market or clients you will be supporting;
Have relevant BSC and finance experience
Are comfortable with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Have working knowledge of ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP): this is an advantage, not a must-have.
