Role summary:
To support our area customers, we are looking for an additional committed Inside Sales Engineer (M/F/T) at the Itzehoe location at the earliest possible date. In this challenging position, you will be responsible for the support and expansion of a customer base assigned to you from inside sales. You will work closely with the regional sales engineers, the quotation department and contract manufacturing. You will also utilize our international network to optimally implement customer requirements. To summarize, you will take responsibility for the interests of our customers.
Your role:
Support of selected customers of the end-user CPI/GI Germany sales team from the back office
Responsible sales of pumps, mechanical seals, service and solutions in the assigned area
Proactive measures such as customer acquisition, inquiries and offer tracking, organization of required customer support, participation and initiation of marketing activities
Responsible contract negotiation
Your profile:
Successfully completed technical college education or technical studies (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering) or comparable
Initial professional experience in the field of capital goods requiring explanation is an advantage
Goal-oriented and independent way of working, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset
High ability to communicate and work in a team
You communicate convincingly and empathetically on the phone
High level of initiative and ability to work under pressure
Computer skills (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
Good command of written and spoken English
Excellent command of written and spoken German
Occasional willingness to travel is required
