Looking for a motivated Sales Support Representative to work with the Order Management team. This position is integral to the management of our customer contracts and assists in providing information to internal departments and external sources. here is frequent interaction with our customers as well as our internal sales team via daily email and phone communications in addition to face-to-face meetings. The successful candidate will be able to manage a variety of communication and data processing tasks with a high level of customer service and accuracy.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer contacts and manage communication with customers in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve problems with the right level of initiative, collaboration and perseverance to satisfy the needs of our customers and between internal departments.
Review customer specifications for acceptability and ensure the specification requirements are implemented into the order.
Manage orders through engineering, purchasing, production planning, and manufacturing processes as they relate to order delivery.
Act as the Export Compliance backup for the site to complete AES filings, handle Free Trade Agreements, and file export documentation for international shipments.
Associate’s Degree required, equivalent industry experience may be considered.
4+ years of relevant customer service or administrative experience.
Strong skill set in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and order entry systems.
Must have a strong customer focus, able to deal diplomatically with customers and project a positive self-image.
Good organizational skills, able to establish priorities and work to specific deadlines with little supervision.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations to meet customer’s requests.
Professional, clear and articulate communication skills on the phone and in person.
Excellent writing skills with clarity, appropriate tone, and good organization.
Ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented team environment.
Ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritize work for maximized results.
ERP experience preferred
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
