Position Requirements:

Customer Service

  • Possess strong customer service focus and knowledge of proper customer relationship/customer service practices

  • Ability to deal with difficult customers


  • Bi-lingual (written and spoken) – local language and English

Position Description:

HR Employee Service Delivery is responsible for the effective and efficient global HR inquiry and transactional support utilizing system tools, including the my HR Portal and ask HR case system and KnowledgeBase.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Complete transactions timely and accurately in accordance with specified service level agreements

  2. Identify cases that should be escalated to other team members in the group, when a higher level consultation is required

  3. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

  4. Create and update myHR portal internet content based on feedback from customers and content owners

  5. Write detailed instructions for transactional processes and procedures in the KnowledgeBase as required

  6. Timekeeping responsibilities for payroll as assigned
