In coordination with IT manager and operations, administering reports of goals that increase the capabilities of Flowserve people to get their annual objectives, using standardized tools and processes developed by corporate

Provide IT support for operations project with IT components. Use the tools established for IT corporate to administering all IT components. Participate as an effective stakeholder in each project. Assure that all IT policies, standard, process, procedures and local legal requirements are implemented and added.

Assure all IT projects are planned detailed, getting approvals required, administered with efficiency and completed.

Prepare annual budget of operations and administering the real results against the plan

Assure effective existing controls for data security from the servers and programs. Follow established policies and processes to assure al information under his/her responsibility

Administer of IT contracts and purchases with vendors, according IT policies. Get all required approvals including legal contract revisions before complete any kind of purchasing

Administering and negotiate adequately all requirements related with PRMS. Keep a close contact with the corporate team that allows response times according business necessities.

Be an efficient communicator. Communicate properly information to supervisors, colleagues and the business

Position Requirements:

The employee must work closely with corporate, regional team, site’s management and end users. High spirit of teamwork is required to cover the requirements of this position.

Expertise in business systems, including support and operations, maintenance and training.

Abilities to develop actions plans allowing follow up of each project running under his/her responsibilities.

Participate or lead the solutions design, project administration (budget, resources, schedule, delivery), systems setup

Teamwork with key users to identify process and inefficient systems in order to design/choose alternative solutions

Manage and support outsourced service providers.

Business process expertise in one of the following areas: Finance, Supply Chain or Manufacturing (Manufacturing is a must)

Excellent communications skills

Analytic vision, methodology for problem solving and ability to identify issues while proposing creative and out of the box solutions

Strong focus on Service delivery and end users satisfaction

Support local infrastructure and providers

Participate in CIP Initiatives

Capacity to manage teams (previous manager/supervisor experience is a must)

Position Description:

Key Elements:

  • Project Management (PMP certification is a must)

  • English Fluent (read/write/conversational)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Seniority to talk with Director level.

  • +5 Years’ experience minimum (8-10 will be a must)

  • University degree in IT

  • Coming from a transnational company

  • ERP System Knowledge (PRMS or MS Dynamics Great Plains is a must)

  • Business process expertise in one of the following areas: Finance, Supply Chain or Manufacturing (Manufacturing is a must)

  • Strong focus on Service delivery and end users satisfaction

  • Participates in the development of actions plans or strategic business plans
