Position Description:

Main responsible for the order implement and follow up from order entered up to final shipment, make sure to process order on time and correctly. In the mean while to show high customer service level as the customer service contact window for Flowserve Suzhou, support project manager to meet yearly and monthly sales target with good OTD rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange contract review activity to ensure the purchase order terms and conditions are clean.

  • With basic knowledge of Flowserve products after training, review basic product issues with engineering and commercial operations etc.

  • File the contract documentation correctly and timely. Take necessary records for history tracking.

  • Process the order in Oracle system, to ensure the data is updated in time correctly.

  • Release each order acknowledgement, and prepare other related documents to customer and release shipping notice on time, get good OTD rate.

  • Keep daily positive on time feedback to customers. Resolve customer’s concerns and complains if any with related departments’ support.

  • Keep good relationship with customers and internal partner, customer focus.

  • Follow up monthly sales forecast, and meet each month sales target.

  • Continuously improve OTD rate and reduce overdue backlog order.

  • Other report or task assigned by management team.

Position Requirements:

Requirements & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experiences.

  • Fluently in English expression, both oral and written.

  • Good communication skills cover different levels from customers to internal departments.

  • Five years related working experiences or above.

  • Ability to present information and response in good manner. To resolve practical problems.

  • Have very good skills in Word, Excel, PPT etc., Oracle or SAP process experiences is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiate and show a high sense of urgency, can work under high pressure.

Preferences:

Have more than five years related working experiences in Valve company is preferred.
