Role Summary:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to being a pointof contact for customer contracts. Include planning, communicating,coordinating and controlling the orders from the order receiving to delivery inorder to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • To lead and manage the project orders from order receivingto the final acceptance of valves by customer.

  • To coordinate all internal and external project issues inboth technical and commercial aspects.

  • To organize the important project order Kick-off meetingand be responsible for customer’s visit, audit and FAT.

  • To work closely with material planner and otherdepartments to make sure that monthly, quarterly & yearly shipment can meetcompany’s target.

  • To work closely with finance to monitor payment collectionand reduce risk of shipment and payment.

  • To monitor and make sure theas-built documents submitted to customer on time and good quality.

  • To act on feedback from manufacturing to ensure there isan enhancement.

  • To manage the project with certifications, quality plan,test report, material certification etc. Keep the proper documentation forOrder Files.

  • To regularly review project status to ensure on-timedelivery, cost control and good quality.

  • To make decision and negotiate with customer for orderchange or spec. modification from operation.

  • Part of job will be involve innew product introduction .

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree; Have more than 5 years valve industry project managements experience and excellent oral and written English.

  • Be good at communication and coordination.

  • Good time management and planning skill.

  • Proficient in assessing, analyzing and evaluating issues and making timely decisions at multiple levels within the operation.

  • Understands the value of effective 2 way communication. Demonstrated proficiency in listening skills and in effective communication at all levels of the project. Capable of leading meetings/discussions with customer as well as company management across all aspects of project execution

  • Strong working ability to apply fundamentals and make appropriate decisions. Accurately forecasts project cash flow, revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.

  • Works with management to set, develop and manage client's expectations. Provide direction to others to achieve objectives.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project software, tools and processes holistically in the analysis of project issues and development of solutions.
