Role Summary
The Precision Assembler will be responsible for the preparation of assembly work and documentation. This position will also assemble a variety of equipment and tools and perform test requirements. Additionally, the Precision Assembler will be responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, inspecting and reassembly during any repair process.
Your role
Complete assemblies according to drawings and performing testing when required.
Demonstrates an advanced understanding of inspection equipment, their functions and uses to ensure that all parts and assemblies are within specifications.
Ensures parts and components are assembled following all assembly procedures.
Operation of various precision measuring tools (i.e. micrometers, verniers) as well as hand tools (i.e. hydraulic torque wrench and torch).
Responsible for maintaining safe workplace and comply with Flowserve applicable Safety, Health and Environment standards, policy, rules, and procedures.

Your profile
HS Diploma / GED and 3-5 years relevant experience / Teknik Lise ya da 2 senelik ilgili üniversite mezuniyeti / 3-5 yıl ilgili alanda deneyim
Workshop experience (i.e. assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and testing) / Atölye deneyimi (örn. montaj, demontaj, temizlik ve test)
Residing in and around Çayırova/Gebze / Çayırova/Gebze ve çevresinde ikamet ediyor olmak
Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs / Güvenli bir şekilde 23 kg'a kadar yük kaldırabiliyor olmak
Basic computer skills to use data entry systems and MS Office / Veri giriş sistemlerini ve MS Office'i kullanmak için temel bilgisayar becerileri
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as requested / Talep edildiğinde fazla mesai ve hafta sonları çalışmaya istekli olmak
Basic English is preferable / Temel İngilizce tercih sebebidir
Experience as a mechanic for rotating machines, mechanical devices or as a general mechanic is preferable / Dönen makineler, mekanik cihazlar için mekaniker veya genel mekaniker olarak deneyim tercih edilir.
